Linda Hall (MTI, dip TH, dip Clin Hyp, NLP, Coach, EFT) CNHC Registered practitioner, combines down-to-earth pragmatism with insight and sensitivity. Originally an artist and craftsman, her experience spans over seventeen years in the complementary health-care field, in holistic bodywork, counselling, subtle energy healing, clinical hypnotherapy, coaching, Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Emotional Freedom Technique.
Linda’s approach to meditation is non-religious and draws on practices such as Mindfulness Meditation, Qigong and Creative Visualization, and incorporates body/mind awareness and psychology. She will show you how to use meditation skills as everyday life tools to help you think positively, feel better and look after your health.
