Create stability for yourself, a strong foundation that nothing and no one can shatter. Relate to the physical world in a confident manner, like you belong here. Feel strong and confident enough to take pleasure in your life.

A few words from Susanne Kempken

The first chakra is our foundation. It needs to be healthy and strong in order for you to thrive in life, in your physical reality. This chakra forms early and is very much influenced by your parents, your home environment and your early childhood experiences, physically and emotionally. 

Bearing in mind that everything we deserve isn’t always given to us in the early stages of our life, including love, support, nurturing, even safety, I created this meditation to help you heal any subconscious errors in your thinking, your beliefs, that make you feel like you deserve less than, or that you are less than. 

You are just as important as anyone else, and you can trust that the universe knows it. You can trust that you know this, deep down. All we have to do is remind you of this.

Remind you to take pleasure in your physical body because it is beautiful – always.

Remind you to be grateful for your body because it is your vehicle through life – you are allowed to have fun with it. Just remember to also be kind to your body. It deserves to be treated well, just like you do.

Remind you that you deserve as much wealth and abundance as anyone else, that you deserve a job that you love, that you deserve a beautiful, safe and loving home – and remind you that you can have it.

Remind you that you deserve people in your life who love and support you no matter what, people you can trust without question – they are out there.

Remind you that it is possible for you to strengthen your foundation, strengthen your personal boundaries, and create stability in your life. 

Remind you that you are safe.

And of course, remind you that you are important, that you matter, and that you have the right to be here – just like everyone else.
